MenuRunners is an on-demand system designed to match local customers with their local favorites. Our goal is always to get you FOOD- FAST under 55 minutes. When you place your order via app or website and pay online, Menurunners advanced automated logistics software receive the order and send it off to the restaurant, assign to a Runner to pick it up and bring to you.
It is primarily dependent on the hours of the local restaurant. Our traditional hours are Monday-Saturday 11:00am- 9:30pm. If you would like an order outside those times please email contactus@menurunners.com with your name, phone number, email, and order. One of our ordering concierges will contact you quickly. On holidays, we are subject to the hours of the restaurants.
Your order total cost will combine the menu priced item, sales tax, service fee along with an optional tip for the Runner. Selected menu pricing may vary based on restaurant. The service fees assist in paying Runners, an efficient operations and most of all to provide you awesome service. Service fees vary across markets. We are always working to decrease the fees by partnering up. Make sure to recommend us to your favorite restaurants. Keep checking back for changes.

Absolutely, Those orders at the present time must be more than $75.00 and scheduled 24 hours in advance or close to it. Please email contactus@menurunners.com with your name, phone number, email, and order. One of our ordering concierges will contact you quickly.
YES, we do accept orders via phone. Call 214-463-2584 and press 1 at the prompt. There is a small charge for call in orders. Please click the bottom right of the site on the "Chat" button for immediate help.

You can make changes to your order or cancel it before the restaurant start to make your order. After the restaurant has started an order can not be canceled or refunded. Please click the bottom right of the site on the "Chat" button for immediate help.
Absolutely NOT. MenuRunners will run you food from any restaurant in town. In your market. If you do not see a restaurant you wish to have food from please email us at contactus@menurunners.com and we will work to get the menu added fast!
Absolutely. We have Catering Concierges standing by waiting to get your catering or large order setup for you. These orders must be placed close to 24 hours in advanced and can be from any restaurant in town. Please call 214-463-2584 ext 1002. One of the concierges will then follow up with you promptly regarding the order.

We are in the process of transitioning some of our markets to MenuRunners newly developed Advanced Automated Logistics Software. While doing so there was a need to add an additional URL as we transition them all over. At the time they are all complete you will then ONLY see Menurunners.com.
